People before vehicles
Scene safety decides how, when and whether a recovery starts. A vehicle is never worth a life or an injury.
Recovery puts people next to live traffic, heavy equipment and stressed drivers. This page explains how TowMeGH verifies providers, protects the handover, treats your data and handles incidents. It deliberately says only what we can stand behind.
Injury, fire or active traffic danger come before vehicle recovery. Once everyone is safe, contact TowMeGH.
Scene safety decides how, when and whether a recovery starts. A vehicle is never worth a life or an injury.
Operators go through document review before they are marked verified, and customers can see who is coming.
A six-digit arrival PIN and a customer-confirmed completion code make sure the right operator meets the right customer and the job really is finished.
The request asks about the vehicle’s condition and any injury, fire, fluid spill or blocked traffic, so the right response is chosen.
Jobs are matched by service type, vehicle class and equipment, not only by who is nearest.
You see the operator’s name, verified photo, vehicle plate and rating before they arrive.
Share your six-digit PIN only with the operator who has arrived. It proves they are the assigned operator.
Operators are expected to protect the scene, keep the recovery zone clear and stay within a safe scope of work.
The job closes only when the customer confirms handover with a short-lived code that limits repeated attempts.
Status, timestamps and photos form a service record you can refer back to.
Move to a safer position if you can, switch on hazard lights and use a warning triangle. Stand well away from moving traffic, keep children and animals clear, and never stand between vehicles.
Position the recovery vehicle to protect the scene, keep the recovery zone clear, never stand near a tensioned line and do not attempt repairs that are unsafe on the roadside.
Stop and reassess. Tell TowMeGH, and the job can be re-planned with different equipment or a different approach rather than forced.
We collect what we need to coordinate a service, and we say what we collect.
When you accept a privacy policy version, the purposes you agreed to are recorded, and consent can be withdrawn.
We collect the details required to coordinate a job: contact details, vehicle, location and incident information. We ask you never to share passwords, PINs or card numbers in a request form.
On the website, your browser location is requested only when you press “Use my location”. You can type an address or landmark instead.
You can request that your account is deactivated or deleted. Some records may need to be kept where the law, safety or financial reporting requires it.
Requests submitted through this website are stored privately, can be exported or erased through WordPress’s privacy tools, and can be removed automatically after a set retention period.
Details are shared only with the parties needed to complete the service, such as the assigned operator, and with your organisation or insurer where that applies.
Card and mobile-money payments are processed through Hubtel. A payment is only treated as successful after our servers verify it. A redirect or an on-screen message alone never marks a job paid. We never ask for card details on this website.
Timestamps, before-and-after photos and completion records support disputes and claims. Where incident evidence is shared with insurers or police, uploads are inspected, kept for a defined retention period, can be placed on legal hold and have their handling logged.
We publish regulatory registrations, accreditations and institutional partnerships here only when we hold current supporting documentation.
No registrations or accreditations are claimed on this page at the moment. When TowMeGH holds documentation that can be verified, it will be listed here.
If something went wrong or felt unsafe, tell us. We take reports seriously and review what happened.
Use the toll-free line, standard call line or WhatsApp for anything urgent. The numbers are in the header and footer of every page.
For non-urgent concerns, send a message through the Contact page and choose the option that fits you.
Go to Contact →In-app support, trusted contacts, an SOS action and live ETA sharing give motorists more ways to get help quickly.
Check the name, photo and plate where they are shown, and only give your six-digit arrival PIN to the operator who has arrived. If the details don’t match, don’t hand over the vehicle. Contact TowMeGH.
Take photos and report it straight away. TowMeGH reviews the service record, including any before-and-after photos. Responsibility depends on the service terms and the insurance in place for the job, so we won’t promise an outcome before reviewing it.

Because it protects you. The job isn’t closed until you confirm the handover, so it can’t be marked finished without you.
For an emergency, call the emergency services first. For roadside assistance, use the web, call or WhatsApp.
