What we do
- Identity/vehicle relationship checks where required
- Dispatch to an appropriate lockout provider where available
- Tow or specialist referral if non-destructive access is not appropriate

- Exact location
- Nature of the lockout
- Identification or proof of authority when requested
Stay safe
Never attempt forced entry that risks injury or unnecessary vehicle damage. Children, vulnerable persons or animals trapped in dangerous heat require emergency escalation.
