Roadside operations for more than one vehicle.

For Fleets & Organisations

TowMe Fleet gives organisations one place to manage vehicles, drivers, documents, incidents and roadside jobs, with records scoped to your organisation and linked to the operators who serve you.

What you manage

Your vehicles, drivers and jobs in one place.

Vehicles

Keep each vehicle’s registration, plate, and insurance and roadworthiness details together.

Drivers

Record your drivers’ licence details and expiry so nothing lapses unnoticed.

Documents

Store business, vehicle and driver documents so they are ready when a review or claim needs them.

Jobs and dispatch

Request and follow roadside jobs for your vehicles, and link your own operators where you run them.

Incidents and records

Attach service records, photos and timestamps to each incident so you have a clear record.

Insurance and claims

Connect incidents to insurance policies and authorisations, with an ownership record for each claim.

Onboarding

How an organisation is approved.

Every organisation application is reviewed before an account goes live, and each step of the review is recorded.

01
Submit your application

Provide your organisation’s details and the documents that apply to your business.

02
Under review

A TowMeGH reviewer checks your application and documents.

03
We may ask for more information

If anything is missing or unclear, the application is marked as needing information and you can respond and resubmit.

04
Approval

Once approved, your organisation account is activated. If an application is not approved, the outcome is recorded.

05
Set up your fleet

Add vehicles, drivers and documents, then start requesting and following jobs.

Documents

What organisations may be asked for.

The exact set depends on the type of organisation and what you operate.

  • Business registration
  • Tax clearance
  • Ghana Card of the responsible person
  • Driver’s licences for your drivers
  • Vehicle registration for each vehicle
  • Insurance for vehicles and, where relevant, for your operations
  • Roadworthiness certificates
  • NRSA accreditation, where it applies to your business
  • Other relevant certifications
Control and privacy

Your records stay yours.

Scoped to your organisation

Your vehicles, drivers, documents and incidents are held against your organisation, and other organisations cannot see them.

Verified providers

Recovery is carried out by operators who have been verified through TowMeGH’s onboarding process.

A lasting record

Application decisions, jobs and photos are recorded so you can answer questions about what happened and when.

Questions

Fleet questions, answered.

Who is this for?

Companies, transport organisations, associations and any business that manages several vehicles or drivers and wants one accountable roadside channel.

Can we use our own tow trucks and drivers?

Yes. Organisations that run their own recovery capacity can link their operators, and tow companies can register as organisations.

How is billing handled?

Corporate billing and credit arrangements are agreed case by case and depend on your account terms. They are not switched on automatically.

What happens to our data if an application is declined?

Ask the partnerships team. Retention follows TowMeGH’s privacy policy and any legal or safety requirements.
