When you need it
A tyre is flat or damaged and the vehicle is in a location where roadside work can be performed safely.
What we do
- Roadside safety assessment
- Wheel change using a usable spare where available
- Towing recommendation when wheel/tyre damage cannot be safely resolved onsite
What to tell us
- Vehicle type
- Location and road position
- Whether a usable spare tyre is available
- Whether the wheel, suspension or body is also damaged
Stay safe
Do not change a tyre in an exposed high-speed traffic lane. Move to a safer location where possible and use hazard lights/warning devices.
